The next sequel to Star Wars: KOTOR is finally a reality

Now this game is going to be freakin' sweet, and I just know it. Besides the exclusion of the word "Knights" in it's name, the game does have one big difference which will guarantee to make it's continuing franchise a delicious dominating success. You guessed it readers, it's finally going to be an MMORPG. I mean think about it. a Star Wars MMORPG?!? I may need a jaw replacement for this shocker. I can't see how this game will fail when the critics have their hands on it. Despite the fact that it's only for the PC and (I'm guessing in the future)Mac, this should definitely ace to the top of the charts, and who's ever heard of an MMO for a gaming console.

The story takes place in the Star Wars fictional universe shortly after the establishment of a tenuous peace between the re-emergent Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic, 300 years after the events of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games and 3,500 years before the events in the Star Wars films. The Jedi, held responsible for the Sith's success, are forced to relocate from Coruscant to Tython, where the Jedi order was founded. The Sith control Korriban, where they re-established a Sith Academy.

But although with deep excitement, I do wonder why Bioware took the "Knights" off. I mean, you think this will effect the way KOTOR fans see the new sequel. To me it didn't really matter, but time to time, it really started to get under my skin. Why did they take it off? Also, I can't even begin to imagine how long this game is going to be. This game is going to kick ass!
